Mockups your team
can build from.

Every page designed at phone and desktop width and handed over in Figma with the styles, states and notes your developers need. Your team writes the code; we never touch the repo.

The timeline

Direction, screens,
then handoff.

  1. Stage 1

    Platform check, then the homepage

We start from what your developers build in, then design the homepage in the client's brand, so the look is signed off before any other screen is drawn.

  2. Stage 2

    Every screen, phone and desktop

Inner pages and repeating templates designed at phone width first, then desktop, with hover, error and empty states drawn rather than described.

  3. Stage 3

    Specs and developer handoff

Styles, components and specs organized for your developers, with a recorded walkthrough in your agency's name and their questions answered.

The number of pages and templates sets the dates, and both are written into your fixed-price proposal before the first screen is drawn.

Sound familiar

Where design handoffs
usually go wrong.

Your developers are ready to build. What they get from the design side decides whether they can.

  • 01

    Pictures, not working files

A flat image of the homepage and nothing else, so your developers guess at spacing, fonts and every inner page.

  • 02

    Phone layouts left to chance

Desktop mockups get approved, someone squeezes them onto a phone in the browser, and the client dislikes what they see.

  • 03

    The designer has moved on

A developer is stuck on a hover state or a missing page, nobody is left to ask, and the launch date slips while they wait.

Rent a team that already exists.

Only when you have a design project to put on it. No salary between projects, no ramp, no gap when someone leaves.

The arrangement

Your client meets you.
They never meet us.

Files sit in your team's Figma workspace, the mockups carry your studio's name, and our designers comment from your email aliases whenever a client could see it.

  • No credit on any screen

No studio mark, no signature frame.

  • Files in your workspace

    Our designers join as guests.

  • Comments under your aliases

Wherever a client could read them.

  • Mutual NDA from day one

Non-solicit included. Your client list stays yours.

What is in the design

Design your developers
can actually build.

Take every page or only the templates your team is missing. Whichever you choose, the screens and files are listed in the proposal before you quote the client.

  • 01

    Direction signed off first

One homepage concept in your client's brand, reviewed with you and approved before an inner page is drawn, so your developers never rebuild a template because the look changed.

    • Built from the client's brand guide
    • Feedback rounds set in the proposal
    • Presented as your studio's work
  • 02

    A template for every page

Service, location, blog, contact and store pages as well as the homepage, so your developers never have to invent a layout nobody designed.

    • Each repeating page type drawn once
    • The client's real copy where it exists
    • Store pages for WooCommerce or Shopify
  • 03

    Drawn at phone width too

Each page at phone and desktop width with the breakpoints noted, so the phone layout is built from a design, not from a guess in the browser.

    • Phone layouts designed, not squeezed
    • Tablet changes noted where they matter
    • Buttons and menus sized for thumbs
  • 04

    Components in every state

Colors, type and spacing set up as named styles, and every button, field and menu drawn in its hover, focus, error and empty states.

    • Named color and type styles
    • Each component with its variants
    • Mapped to Elementor or Shopify settings
  • 05

    Structure ready for search

Heading order, page sections and internal links planned in the design, so the site your developers build is ready for search work from launch.

    • One H1 per page, labeled in the file
    • Room for FAQs, reviews and proof
    • Links between related pages planned
  • 06

    Specs, assets and answers

Specs, exported assets and a recorded walkthrough for your developers, and their questions answered 8 AM to 4 PM EST for the period agreed in the proposal.

    • Icons, images and logos exported
    • Spacing and breakpoints on every page
    • A walkthrough recorded for your team

The deliverable list

Every file your
developers receive.

A design project should end in files, not pictures. This is the list your developers work from; drop it into your proposal as written. Nothing in it names us.

Designed as your studio. Every screen is presented to you first, then to your client as your agency's work, with no trace of us in the file.

How it runs

From a sitemap
to handoff files.

Six steps, and you are only needed for three of them. Everything between is ours to run.

  • You are needed at steps 1, 3 and 6
  • Pages and price fixed before design starts
  • We never touch the code or the repo
  1. 01
    You

You share the brief and brand

The pages you sold, the client's brand guide, and who will build it: your developers, the client's team or another partner.

  2. 02
    Us

    We quote a fixed price

Within 24 hours: pages, templates, feedback rounds and handoff files listed with dates, ready to copy into your own proposal.

  3. 03
    You

You price it and win it

Your proposal and your margin. What you charge stays between you and the client, and we never speak to them.

  4. 04
    Us

    NDA, then the homepage

NDA signed, then a homepage concept presented to you for your client's review before any inner page is drawn.

  5. 05
    Us

    Every screen, phone to desktop

Inner pages, components and states designed in your Figma workspace, with our team on hand 8 AM to 4 PM EST.

  6. 06
    You

    You approve, your developers build

Your client signs off the designs with you, the files and walkthrough go to your developers, and we answer their questions for the period set in the proposal.

The portfolio

Most of our work is invisible.
By design.

Our agency builds ship under partners' brands, NDA-protected. What you can see: sites we own, and direct clients who agreed to be shown.

The alternatives

Hire, subcontract,

All three work. They just cost different things, and only one of them fixes the price before work starts.

What we need from you

Four things, then
we are out of your way.

Hand these over at the start and your part shrinks to reviewing designs with the client.

  1. 01

    The brief and page list

The pages you sold, the goal of the site and the date your developers need the files.

  2. 02

    The client's brand

Logo, brand guide and the current site if there is one. If the brand is still being made, say so in the brief.

  3. 03

    What your developers build in

WordPress with Elementor, Shopify, WooCommerce or hand-coded, plus any theme or limits they work within.

  4. 04

    Content, even rough

The client's copy, photos and product details, even as drafts. If there is none, copywriting can be added to the scope.

Partner feedback

The people who would
never admit we exist.

  • "We added SEO to the rate card in a month without hiring anyone. Three years in, not one client has asked who does the work, because there is nothing to find."

    FounderBrand studio · Austin, TX
  • "The strategist joins our client calls under our domain and knows the account better than we do. That is the part other providers cannot fake."

Operations DirectorPerformance agency · Chicago, IL
  • "We tested four providers. ServeVision was the only one that sent the outreach list before pitching, so we could veto our clients' competitors."

Honest qualifier

This is not right
for everyone.

We would rather say no early than take a project that was never going to work.

  • A good fit if…

    • You own the client relationship and present the work as yours
    • Your developers can build, but no designer is free
    • The client has its own developers and needs designs they can use
    • You want a fixed price and a file list for the proposal
  • Not a fit if…

    • You want the build as well: that is a full build, not design only
    • You want unlimited revisions on a fixed price
    • You want the cheapest possible per-hour rate
    • You want us to take a client off your hands: we never go direct to your clients, during the engagement or after

Questions

Before you send a design brief.

Book a call
Which design tool do you use?

Whichever your team uses: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch or similar. The files sit in your workspace or are handed over as editable source files, so your developers and any designer after us can keep working in them without asking anyone for access.

Will the designs fit what our developers build with?

That is what the brief is for. Tell us the platform and any theme or component library, and designs for WordPress with Elementor, Shopify or WooCommerce are laid out to match its settings rather than fight them.

Do you write any code or touch our repository?

No. Design only means exactly that: files, specs and a recorded walkthrough, and your developers take it from there. If you later want us to build it too, that is a separate build scope with its own proposal.

How is design-only work priced?

At a fixed price per project, quoted within 24 hours of the brief. The pages, templates and number of feedback rounds are written into the proposal, so any extra round is quoted before it happens, never added to the invoice afterwards.

What if our developers have questions during the build?

They ask, and we answer 8 AM to 4 PM EST for the period set in the proposal. Questions come from your team, never from the client, and every answer goes back under your agency's name.
