WordPress, built
behind your logo.

Themes your team can maintain, a fixed price per project, and a staging site you approve before the final payment. Your client sees your agency on every screen and never hears ours.

The timeline

What a typical build
looks like.

  1. Week 1

    Scope, sitemap and design

Scope confirmed in writing, sitemap agreed, and page templates designed on a staging link your client can review with you.

  2. Week 2

    Build and content load

Theme and templates built, content loaded, forms and analytics wired in. Mobile-first from the first template.

  3. Week 3

    QA, approval and launch

Browsers, speed, forms and tracking checked line by line. You approve staging, then the site goes live with a handover in your name.

About 21 days is typical for a website build. The exact dates go into your fixed-price proposal before anything starts.

Sound familiar

Three ways a build
eats your margin.

Agencies that sell sites run into these sooner or later. Fixing them does not mean hiring more developers.

  • 01

The build sits in the queue

You sold the site, your developers are booked, and the launch date you promised slides a week at a time.

  • 02

    Plugins stacked on plugins

Three add-on packs and a slider nobody asked for. It launches slow and breaks at the first update.

  • 03

    A handover nobody can own

Licenses in a freelancer's name, a theme nobody can edit, and a client asking why a text change costs extra.

Rent a team that already exists.

Only when you have a build to put on it. No salary between projects, no ramp, no gap when someone leaves.

The arrangement

Your client meets you.
They never meet us.

No credit in the footer, no author tag in the theme, and our team writes from your email aliases whenever a client could see it.

  • No footer credit, no backlink

Nothing we build carries our name.

  • Your agency in the theme files

    Author fields and admin branding.

  • Your agency's email aliases

On every email a client could see.

  • Mutual NDA and non-solicit

    Signed before the first login.

What is in the build

Six parts, one team,
one fixed price.

Take the full build or pull a single part for one project. Either way the scope is written down before you quote, so nothing arrives as a surprise line item.

  • 01

    Design to templates

Homepage and inner-page templates designed from your brief, or built from your own Figma files, matched to your client's brand.

    • Every template, not just the homepage
    • Built to your design system if you have one
    • Reviewed on staging with your client
  • 02

    Theme and Elementor build

WordPress with Elementor when your team edits visually, or a lean theme when nobody needs to. No stacked add-on packs, no licenses you cannot transfer.

    • Global styles and reusable templates
    • Only the plugins the site needs
    • Licenses in your or your client's name
  • 03

    Built for phones first

Designed at phone width first, then scaled up, because that is where the traffic is. Every template is checked on phones and tablets before you see it.

    • Menus and buttons built for thumbs
    • Forms filled in and sent from a phone
    • Images sized for each screen
  • 04

    Speed and Core Web Vitals

Image compression, caching and script loading set up before launch, with the measurements to show your client.

    • Measured before the site goes live
    • Scripts load only where they are used
    • Caching set up on the client's host
  • 05

    SEO-ready structure

Clean URLs, headings, schema and an XML sitemap in place on launch day, so search work can start the same week.

    • Redirects mapped from the old site
    • Analytics and Search Console connected
    • Service and location page templates
  • 06

    Launch and handover

Go-live on your client's host, then files, logins and a recorded walkthrough, all under your agency's name.

    • Launch checklist run on the live domain
    • Admin accounts in your name, not ours
    • A recorded walkthrough for your team

The deliverable list

Everything that ships,
written down up front.

Every build is a list of things that either shipped or did not. Put this list straight into your proposal. It is written to be forwarded.

How it runs

From a brief to
a launched site.

Six steps, and you are only needed for three of them. Everything between is ours to run.

  • You are needed at steps 1, 3 and 6
  • Final payment only after staging approval
  • Scope and price fixed before anything begins
  1. 01
    You

    You send the brief

A client URL or a rough sitemap, the pages you sold and the deadline. Send scope notes if you have them; we will tell you what is missing.

  2. 02
    Us

    We scope and price it

A fixed-price proposal within 24 hours: pages, templates, integrations and dates, written to drop straight into your own.

  3. 03
    You

You sell it at your price

Position it however you like. We answer your questions, never the client's, and we never see what you charge.

  4. 04
    Us

    NDA, access, kickoff

Mutual NDA and non-solicit signed, hosting and staging access handed over, dates locked in writing before a template is designed.

  5. 05
    Us

    We design, build and test

Templates, build, content and QA on a staging site, with progress you can see and a team that answers 8 AM to 4 PM EST.

  6. 06
    You

    You approve, it goes live

Your client signs off staging with you, the final payment follows, and the site launches with a handover in your name.

The portfolio

Most of our work is invisible.
By design.

Our agency builds ship under partners' brands, NDA-protected. What you can see: sites we own, and direct clients who agreed to be shown.

What we need from you

Four things, then
we are out of your way.

Send these with the brief. After that, your part is reviewing the staging site with your client.

  1. 01

    The brief and sitemap

The pages you sold, the deadline and any scope notes. A rough sitemap is enough; we tighten it in the proposal.

  2. 02

    Brand assets or designs

Logo, fonts and colors, or finished Figma files if your team designed it. We build to whichever you send.

  3. 03

    Hosting and domain access

Access to the client's host, or we build on staging and move it on launch day. Domains stay in your or your client's registrar account.

  4. 04

    Copy and images

The client's content in a doc or a copy deck. If there is none, we can write it as a separate line item.

Partner feedback

The people who would
never admit we exist.

  • "We added SEO to the rate card in a month without hiring anyone. Three years in, not one client has asked who does the work, because there is nothing to find."

    FounderBrand studio · Austin, TX
  • "The strategist joins our client calls under our domain and knows the account better than we do. That is the part other providers cannot fake."

Operations DirectorPerformance agency · Chicago, IL
  • "We tested four providers. ServeVision was the only one that sent the outreach list before pitching, so we could veto our clients' competitors."

Honest qualifier

This is not right
for everyone.

We would rather say no early than take a project that was never going to work.

  • A good fit if…

    • You sell the work and own the client relationship
    • You sold a site and have no one free to build it
    • You want a fixed price and real dates to put in the proposal
    • You would rather your team stayed on what they are good at
  • Not a fit if…

    • You want us to sell for you: we never touch your pipeline
    • You want the cheapest possible per-hour rate
    • You need a ranking promise in writing to resell
    • You want us to take a client off your hands: we never go direct to your clients, during the engagement or after

Questions

Before you send a build.

Book a call
Do you build with Elementor or a custom theme?

Either. Elementor suits clients whose team wants to edit pages visually after launch. When nobody needs visual editing, a lean theme with fewer moving parts is the better call, and we say which one we recommend in the proposal.

How long does a WordPress build take?

About 21 days is typical for a website build. The real dates depend on the page count, the content and the integrations, so they go into the fixed-price proposal in writing before anything starts.

Who owns the licenses and logins?

You or your client, never us. Premium themes and plugins are bought in the name you choose, admin accounts use your agency's email, and our access is removed at handover unless you keep us on for website care.

When do we pay?

The price is fixed per project and agreed before work starts. The final payment is due only after you approve the staging site, so you never pay in full for something you have not seen working.

Can you take over a site another developer built?

Yes, as a separate scope. We review the theme, plugins and hosting first and tell you in writing what can stay, what should be rebuilt and what it costs, before you quote the client.
