Service · White-label reporting

Monthly SEO reports,
in your branding.

Your logo, colors and schedule, a summary written for the client rather than for an SEO, and the figures behind it. Each report goes out from your address with no trace of us in the file.

Setup

From your template
to the first send.

  1. Template

    Your layout, built once

Your logo, fonts and colors set into a report layout, or your current template matched page for page.

  2. Data

    Sources connected

Search Console and analytics connected inside your organization, rank tracking set up for the agreed keywords, plus call and form tracking where the site has it.

  3. Monthly

    Written and sent on schedule

Figures pulled, the summary written by the strategist on the account, and the file sent from your address on the day you choose.

You choose the day of the month and who receives each report. The schedule holds until you change it.

Sound familiar

Three ways a report
works against you.

The report is the piece of search work a client reads every month. That makes it the easiest place for the arrangement to show.

  • 01

A vendor's name in the file

The PDF author field, a dashboard address or the sending domain names a company your client has never heard of, and they ask.

  • 02

Charts with no answer in them

Pages of graphs exported from a tool, and the client still cannot tell whether the money is working or what happens next.

  • 03

    Your team rebuilds it monthly

An account manager copies figures between tools and restyles the export for every client, every month, before it can go out.

A report written for the person who pays for it.

Plain English first, figures second, sent under your name without anyone on your team rebuilding it.

The arrangement

Your client meets you.
They never meet us.

Every place a vendor's name could surface, from the PDF properties to the sending domain, carries your agency's name from the first send.

  • Your template, not a vendor's

Logo, fonts and colors on every page.

  • Your business in the metadata

    Author, title and producer fields.

  • Sent from your address

Your domain and your mail records.

  • Mutual NDA and non-solicit

    Signed before the first login.

What is in the report

Six sections clients
actually read.

Reporting comes with every white-label SEO retainer, or runs on its own for search work your team already does. The sections are agreed with you before the first send.

  • 01

    A summary in plain English

One opening page on what moved, why it moved and what happens next month, written for an owner rather than an SEO.

    • Written by the strategist on the account
    • Good and bad months both explained
    • Next month's plan stated up front
  • 02

    Rankings by market

Positions for the agreed keywords against last month, split by city or state where the client sells in more than one place.

    • Keywords agreed with you
    • Local results checked market by market
    • Gains and drops both shown
  • 03

    AI answer checks

When it is in scope, what AI Overviews and ChatGPT say in answer to the client's buyer questions, and which sources they cite.

    • The same questions every month
    • Competitors named, side by side
    • The answers themselves saved
  • 04

    Traffic, calls and leads

Organic visits, form fills and calls where tracking exists, so the report ends at the number the client cares about.

    • Leads split from general traffic
    • The pages that earned them
    • Tracking gaps flagged, not hidden
  • 05

    Work completed, with dates

Every fix, page and mention shipped that month, dated and linked, so the client can see what the retainer bought.

    • Technical fixes by date
    • Pages published, with links
    • Mentions earned, with sources
  • 06

    Site health and speed

Crawl errors, indexing and Core Web Vitals tracked month to month, so problems are caught before they cost rankings.

    • Indexing problems flagged early
    • Core Web Vitals trend
    • Fixes queued, not just listed

The deliverable list

Inside every
monthly report.

Every report follows the same order, so the client learns where to look and your team knows what to check. Paste the outline into your proposal if it helps you sell. Only your name appears on the report.

A monthly performance report open on a laptop
Summary first, figures after. The client reads the opening page, and the pages behind it are there for anyone who wants to check the numbers.

What each section of a white-label report contains

  • Summary

    What moved and why
    In plain English
    Next month's plan
    Included
    Wins and setbacks
    Both named
    Written by
    The account's strategist
  • Performance

    Rankings by keyword
    By market where needed
    AI answer checks
    When in scope
    Organic traffic
    Month over month
    Calls and form leads
    Where tracking exists
  • Delivery

    Report template
    Yours, matched
    File metadata
    Names your business
    Sent from
    Your address
    Raw figures
    On request

Scope and rates are quoted per client after the audit, because what a site needs depends on its market rather than a bracket on a page.

How it runs

From a brand kit
to the inbox.

Six steps, and you are only needed for three of them. Everything between is ours to run.

  • You are needed at steps 1, 3 and 6
  • Same day every month, set by you
  • Sections agreed before the first send
  1. 01
    You

    You send your brand kit

Logo, fonts, colors and a past report if you have one, plus the clients to report on and who should receive each report.

  2. 02
    Us

    We build the template

Your layout set up for search data, with your business in the file properties. You see a mock-up before any client does.

  3. 03
    You

    You sign off the layout

Change the order, the wording or what gets left out. Nothing goes to a client until you approve it.

  4. 04
    Us

    NDA, access, data sources

Mutual NDA signed, then Search Console, analytics and tracking connected inside your organization, with us as a user you can remove.

  5. 05
    Us

    We write it every month

Figures pulled and the summary written by the strategist on the account, with someone reachable 8 AM to 4 PM EST if you have questions.

  6. 06
    You

You send it, or we do

Forward it to the client yourself, or have it go out from your address on the agreed day.

The portfolio

Most of our work is invisible.
By design.

Our agency builds ship under partners' brands, NDA-protected. What you can see: sites we own, and direct clients who agreed to be shown.

The alternatives

All three work. They just cost different things, and only one of them covers the whole scope and still scales down when a client leaves.

What we need from you

Four things, then
we are out of your way.

A report is only as honest as the data behind it. These four let us set it up once and send it every month without chasing you.

  1. 01

Brand kit or a past report

Logo, fonts and colors, or a report you already send. We match your layout rather than inventing a new one.

  2. 02

    Analytics and Search Console

Read access inside your organization, with us added as a user you can remove at any time.

  3. 03

    Call and form tracking

Whatever the site already records. If nothing is tracked, the first report says so instead of guessing.

  4. 04

    Who gets which report

Recipients, the day of the month, and any client who wants more detail or less.

Partner feedback

The people who would
never admit we exist.

  • "We added SEO to the rate card in a month without hiring anyone. Three years in, not one client has asked who does the work, because there is nothing to find."

    FounderBrand studio · Austin, TX
  • "The strategist joins our client calls under our domain and knows the account better than we do. That is the part other providers cannot fake."

Operations DirectorPerformance agency · Chicago, IL
  • "We tested four providers. ServeVision was the only one that sent the outreach list before pitching, so we could veto our clients' competitors."

Head of SEODigital agency · Tampa, FL

Honest qualifier

This is not right
for everyone.

We would rather say no early than take a project or retainer that was never going to work.

  • A good fit if…

    • You sell the work and own the client relationship
    • You want one invoice instead of five freelancers
    • You need capacity that scales down when a client churns
    • You would rather your team stayed on what they are good at
  • Not a fit if…

    • You want us to sell for you: we never touch your pipeline
    • You want bad months left out of the report
    • You only need an automated export nobody reads
    • You want us to take a client off your hands: we never go direct to your clients, during the engagement or after

Questions

Before you resell this.

Book a call
Can you use our existing report template?

Yes. Send a past report or the template file and we match it page for page, so the client sees no change in format when we take over the reporting.

Can you report on work our own team did?

Yes. The figures come from the client's own analytics and Search Console, so the report covers the site whoever worked on it. Send us your team's work log and it goes in the work section alongside ours.

Will the client find any trace of you?

Not in the file, its metadata or the sender. Charts carry no tool logos, and our access sits inside your organization as a user you can remove.

What happens in a bad month?

The report says so, with the reason and what changes next month. A drop explained plainly holds a client's trust far better than a polished report that skips it.

Can clients get a live dashboard?

Yes. It is scoped with you before setup, built in accounts your agency controls and branded only as yours. The monthly summary still goes out, because a dashboard shows the numbers and the summary explains them.

White-label web design & SEO

One service builds the site.
The other keeps it climbing.

Take the whole stack or pull single line items à la carte. Start with a site and add search once it is live, or take search on its own.

Still weighing which piece you need?

Give us the URL and the outcome you sold. We'll come back with the shortest route there, including the parts we'd skip.
