Service · WooCommerce stores

WooCommerce stores you sold,
built as yours.

Catalog, checkout, payments and shipping set up on WooCommerce, at a fixed price per store, with test orders run end to end before launch. Your client owns the store and only ever talks to you.

The timeline

Three stages to
the first order.

  1. Stage 1

    Store design and catalog plan

Scope confirmed in writing, product data structure agreed, and shop, product and cart pages designed for your client to review with you on staging.

  2. Stage 2

    Build, import and payments

Theme built, products imported, and the payment gateway, shipping zones and tax settings connected in test mode. Checkout is designed for phones first.

  3. Stage 3

    Test orders, then launch

Test orders placed down every payment and shipping path, and speed checked with the full catalog loaded. After your sign-off the store opens, and the handover carries your agency's name, not ours.

Store dates depend on catalog size, the payment and shipping setup and any integrations. You get them in writing, with the fixed price, before work begins.

Sound familiar

Three ways a store
costs you the client.

A store is judged on its first week of real orders. These three problems are the ones that show up there.

  • 01

    The first customer tests checkout

Payment, shipping and tax settings were never run end to end, so a shopper finds the gap and your client hears about it before you do.

  • 02

    A catalog nobody can manage

Products loaded by hand with no structure, so every new variation or price change turns into a support ticket back to your agency.

  • 03

Quick as a demo, slow when full

The demo store felt quick. With the real catalog and images loaded, category pages crawl, right where shoppers decide to leave.

Rent a team that already exists.

Only when you have a build to put on it. No salary between projects, no ramp, no gap when someone leaves.

The arrangement

Your client meets you.
They never meet us.

No credit in the footer, no author tag in the theme, and our team writes from your email aliases whenever a client could see it.

  • No footer credit, no backlink

Nothing we build carries our name.

  • Your agency in the theme files

    Author fields and admin branding.

  • Your agency's email aliases

On every email a client could see.

  • Mutual NDA and non-solicit

    Signed before the first login.

What is in the build

Front of store
to back office.

Take the full store or a single part, such as a catalog migration or a checkout rebuild. Either way you quote from a written scope, not an estimate.

  • 01

    Store design and product pages

Shop, category, product, cart and account pages, designed to your brief or taken from your team's Figma files and styled in the client's brand.

    • Product and category templates
    • Cart and account pages designed too
    • Reviewed with your client on staging
  • 02

    Catalog setup and import

Categories, attributes and variations planned before anything is imported, then products loaded from a spreadsheet or moved across from the old store.

    • Variations for size, color and style
    • Categories planned for filtering
    • Product data checked after import
  • 03

    Checkout, payments and shipping

The client's payment gateway connected in test mode, shipping zones and rates set from your brief, and tax settings entered to the rules the client confirms.

    • Test orders down every payment path
    • Guest checkout or accounts, per brief
    • Order emails in the client's brand
  • 04

    Speed with the full catalog

Product images compressed, store-safe caching set up and extensions limited to what the store needs, then speed measured with the real catalog rather than a handful of demo products.

    • Category pages tested at full size
    • Cart and checkout kept out of the cache
    • Extensions kept to what the store uses
  • 05

    Product SEO from launch

Clean product and category URLs, product structured data and a sitemap that lists every product, ready for search work from the day the store opens.

    • Old product URLs redirected
    • Product schema on every product page
    • Analytics purchase events tested
  • 06

    Launch and store training

The store goes live on the client's host, then a recorded walkthrough shows their team how to add products, handle orders and issue refunds.

    • Payments switched to live on launch day
    • Store manager accounts set up
    • Walkthrough recorded under your brand

The deliverable list

Everything a store
needs on day one.

Every line below is something your client can click, test or hold you to after launch. Lift it straight into your proposal.

How it runs

From a spreadsheet
to real orders.

Six steps, and you are only needed for three of them. Everything between is ours to run.

  • You are needed at steps 1, 3 and 6
  • Final payment only after staging approval
  • Scope and price fixed before anything begins
  1. 01
    You

    You send the store brief

The products, the payment gateway, where the client ships and the deadline. An export from the old store is ideal; we tell you what is missing.

  2. 02
    Us

    We return a fixed price

A proposal within 24 hours listing templates, catalog size, payment and shipping setup, and dates you can quote to your client.

  3. 03
    You

    You quote your client

Mark it up however you like and present it as your agency's work. We never see your price and never speak to the client.

  4. 04
    Us

    NDA, then store access

Both sides sign the NDA and non-solicit, then hosting, test-mode gateway access and product data come over, with dates fixed in writing.

  5. 05
    Us

We build and place test orders

Design, build, catalog import and test orders on a staging store you can check at any point. Questions answered 8 AM to 4 PM EST.

  6. 06
    You

    You approve, orders open

You and your client approve the staging store, you settle the final invoice, and checkout opens to real customers.

What we need from you

Four things, then
we are out of your way.

Send these once. After that, your part is reviewing the staging store and placing a test order yourself.

  1. 01

    The product data

A spreadsheet or an export from the old store, with prices, variations and stock. Messy is fine; we list what is missing.

  2. 02

    Payment and shipping rules

The client's payment gateway account, where they ship and how they charge for it, plus the tax settings their accountant confirms.

  3. 03

    Brand assets and photos

Logo, colors and product photos. If your team already designed the store, send those files too.

  4. 04

    Host and domain access

A host that can run a store, or we build on a staging site and move it over at launch. The domain never leaves your or your client's account.

Partner feedback

The people who would
never admit we exist.

  • "We added SEO to the rate card in a month without hiring anyone. Three years in, not one client has asked who does the work, because there is nothing to find."

    FounderBrand studio · Austin, TX
  • "The strategist joins our client calls under our domain and knows the account better than we do. That is the part other providers cannot fake."

Operations DirectorPerformance agency · Chicago, IL
  • "We tested four providers. ServeVision was the only one that sent the outreach list before pitching, so we could veto our clients' competitors."

Honest qualifier

This is not right
for everyone.

We would rather say no early than take a project that was never going to work.

  • A good fit if…

    • You sell the work and own the client relationship
    • Your client wants a store they own outright, on WordPress
    • Your developers are booked and the store has a launch date
    • You want a fixed price and real dates to put in the proposal
  • Not a fit if…

    • You want us to sell for you: we never touch your pipeline
    • The client has chosen a hosted platform: see Shopify development
    • You need tax or legal advice on how the store should charge
    • You want us to take a client off your hands: we never go direct to your clients, during the engagement or after

Questions

Before you send a build.

Book a call
WooCommerce or Shopify: which should the client use?

WooCommerce suits clients who already run WordPress, want to own the store outright and keep content and products on one site. Shopify suits clients who want a hosted platform with less to maintain. We build on both, and the proposal says which one we would recommend and why.

Can you move products from an old store?

Yes. Products, categories, variations and images come across from a spreadsheet or an export, and old product URLs are redirected so search traffic and bookmarks still land. Whether customer accounts and past orders come across too is agreed in the scope.

Which payment gateways do you set up?

The one your client already has an account with, or the one they choose with you. We connect it in test mode, run test orders down every payment path, and switch it to live on launch day. The merchant account always stays in the client's name.

Do you set up sales tax?

We enter the tax settings, and set up any tax extension the client chooses, to the rules their accountant confirms. We do not give tax advice, so the rates and where they apply always come from the client.

Who owns the store and its licenses?

Your client, or your agency if you resell hosting. Paid extensions are licensed to whichever of you will renew them, order emails send from the client's domain, and our access is removed at handover unless you keep us on for store care.
