White-label web design & development for US agenciesWhite-label web design for US agencies

You sell. We build. Nobody knows.

Websites and online stores designed and built under your agency's brand, on WordPress, WooCommerce and Shopify. NDA-protected from day one. Your clients never find out we exist.

  • Fixed price · Fixed timeline
  • US hours · 8 AM to 4 PM EST
  • Final payment after staging approval

Animation: a client website is designed, built, re-branded under your agency's name, and launched.

How white-label works

Your client sees your agency.
Never us.

New to white-label? It's simple. You keep the client, the brand and the margin. We do the design and build quietly in the background.

  1. 01

    You sell.

Pitch and close the project with your client, at your price. The relationship stays 100% yours.

    Your agency
  2. 02

    We build.

We design, develop and test the site on a fixed price and timeline, under NDA, with no trace of our name.

    ServeVision, unseen
  3. 03

    You deliver.

You hand your client a finished, launch-ready site under your agency's name. Your credit, your margin.

No partner logos here: agency partners stay unnamed by contract, and yours would too.

Where we sit

Three layers.
You are the only one anybody sees.

A white-label arrangement only works if the visibility is deliberate at every layer. Here is exactly who can see what, and where we stop.

Sound familiar

Three situations
that bring agencies here.

Each one is a problem we are set up to take off your hands. None of them are a capability problem. They are a capacity problem wearing a disguise.

  • 01

You are quoting high to scare work away

When your team is full, the easy move is a number you hope the client refuses. That is revenue you talked yourself out of, and a referral that goes elsewhere next time.

Quote it properly and route the build to us.
  • 02

    The freelancer stopped replying

One person is a single point of failure. They take a full-time job, get sick, or simply go quiet, and your client hears about it before you do.

A team, a contract, and a named backup on every account.
  • 03

    Clients disappear after launch

A site ships, the invoice clears, and the relationship ends. Meanwhile the client hires someone else to keep it working.

Attach ongoing care and turn the project into a retainer.

White-label web design & SEO

One service builds the site.
The other keeps it climbing.

Take the whole stack or pull single line items à la carte. Scope agreed before work starts, NDA from day one, and nothing anywhere with our name on it.

White-label web design

Everything between the kickoff call and the login handover, built under your agency's name. You own the client; we never appear.

Website care & SEO retainers

The build is the easy sale.
The retainer is the business.

A site that ships and then goes quiet is a client you will have to win again next year. Attach ongoing care at proposal stage and the same project becomes monthly revenue: delivered by us, billed by you, under your name.

A monthly performance report open on a laptop
The report arrives in your template, from your address, with our name nowhere on it.
  • Care

    Keep it running

The unglamorous work that stops a site quietly breaking between launches.

    • Core, theme and plugin updates, tested first
    • Offsite backups and one-click restore
    • Uptime monitoring with alerts to you
    • Security patching and malware scans
  • Care +

    Keep it moving

Everything in Care, plus the small requests that would otherwise land on your team late on a Friday afternoon.

    • Content and image changes each month
    • New pages from your brief
    • Speed and Core Web Vitals kept in range
    • A monthly summary in your template
  • Care + Search

    Keep it climbing

The full search program layered on top, so the site keeps earning after the launch traffic fades.

    • Technical monitoring and fixes
    • Content published on a calendar
    • Local profiles and citation upkeep
    • Rank and conversion reporting

Each tier is quoted per site before it starts, so you know your cost before you set your client's price.

The process

Kickoff to handover.
Nothing hidden from you.

Every build runs the same five stages, with the scope agreed up front, so you can put a real timeline in your proposal instead of a hopeful one.

  1. 01

    Kickoff

An intro call, a filled brief and access. We confirm scope and lock the dates in writing.

  2. 02

    Design

Layouts for every page template, delivered on a staging link your client can review with you.

  3. 03

    Build

Development, content load and integrations. Mobile-first, accessible, fast by default.

  4. 04

    QA

Cross-browser, speed, forms and tracking checked line by line against a written QA checklist.

  5. 05

    Handover

Files, access and a recorded walkthrough. Then search work picks it up if you want it kept climbing.

Checked before your first launch

Six places a vendor's name leaks.
We close every one.

Anyone can put your logo on a report cover. A curious client with twenty minutes finds the rest. This is the list we work through before your first project goes live. Ask any other provider for theirs.

  • PDF metadata

    What a client would find

Author and producer fields naming a company they have never heard of.

    How we close it

Rewritten to your business name on export, checked on every file that leaves.

  • Email headers

    What a client would find

Return-path and DKIM records pointing at a stranger's domain.

    How we close it

Sent from your domain with your authentication records, never a shared relay.

  • Report branding

    What a client would find

A dashboard hosted on the vendor's URL with their favicon in the tab.

    How we close it

Runs on reports.youragency.com with your favicon and your login screen.

  • Analytics account name

    What a client would find

Property owner listed as a third party inside the client's own dashboard.

    How we close it

Properties created inside your organization, with us added as a user you can revoke.

  • WHOIS and DNS records

    What a client would find

Registrant or nameserver details tracing back to the vendor.

    How we close it

Domains stay in your registrar account. We never hold the record.

  • The people themselves

    What a client would find

A strategist who introduces themselves by the wrong company on a live call.

    How we close it

Scripted introductions and your email signature, agreed before the first client call.

The portfolio

Most of our work is invisible.
By design.

Our agency builds ship under partners' brands, NDA-protected. What you can see: sites we own, and direct clients who agreed to be shown.

The alternatives

What agencies
usually try first.

We are built for the point where the other two options stop scaling.

White-label SEO in all 50 states

Every state, and the metros
that actually matter inside them.

A client selling in Tulsa is not competing with the same six businesses as one in Newark. So we research the keywords, competitors and map pack of each market a client serves before we plan a single location page.

  • 50States covered, plus DC
  • 18,700+Cities and towns covered
  • 41,600+ZIP codes covered
  • 6US time zones our hours overlap

Major metros

Local SEO and site builds, planned city by city
Client outside these metros? Every state page lists each town that has its own ZIP code.Browse all 50 states

How we build location pages for your clients

Each page leads with the service your client sells in that area, then backs it with real proof from the area itself. Every one is planned from data that changes market to market, and we will tell you when a market does not justify a page at all.

  • Local search volume, not national averages

Each page is mapped to terms people in that metro actually type, including the phrasing that only works regionally.

  • The competitor set for that map pack

Who is ranking in that city, what they publish, and where the gap is worth chasing.

  • Proof a human can verify

Service radius, licensing, response times and real jobs in the area: details your client can back up.

Partner feedback

The people who'd
never admit we exist.

  • "We added SEO to our retainer menu in a month without hiring anyone. Three years in, not one client has asked who actually does the work, because there's nothing to find."

  • "The strategist joins our client calls under our domain and knows the account better than we do. That's the part other providers can't fake."

  • "We tested four providers. ServeVision was the only one that sent the digital-PR prospect list before pitching, so we could veto our clients' competitors."

FAQ

Before you send us a client.

Six questions worth settling before the first project, answered the way we'd answer them on the call. Still deciding? Ask us the awkward version on a quick call. No deck, no pitch.

Book a call
Will my client ever find out you exist?

No. Deliverables carry your branding, PDF metadata is rewritten to your business name, and our strategists use your email aliases on calls. A mutual NDA with a non-solicit clause is signed before we touch a login.

Who actually does the work?

Our own in-house team of five, working 8 AM to 4 PM EST, overlapping US business hours. Strategy, technical work, writing and digital PR stay with that same team and are never passed to another vendor, so you always know who is working on your client's account.

Can you take over a campaign another provider started?

Yes. We start with a forensic audit, including a backlink review to surface anything toxic left behind, then send you a 90-day plan before changing a thing on the site.

How fast do results show up?

Technical fixes and local profile work show movement earliest. Competitive organic rankings are the slowest to shift, and we say so up front rather than after you have sold the retainer. We tell you which bucket a client falls into during the audit, so you never oversell a timeline you can't hit.

How does the engagement work?

Each engagement is per client, on a scope we have agreed in writing. Builds get a fixed-price proposal within 24 hours of the call, and the final payment comes only after you approve staging. There are no seat minimums and nothing bundled you did not ask for, so the arrangement ends cleanly whenever a client of yours does.

Do you work in my client's industry?

Probably. We are set up for home services, legal, healthcare, ecommerce and multi-location retail, among others, and we will tell you plainly if your client's sector would be new to us. One client per vertical per market, confirmed in writing before you pitch. A market is a city or metro area, so we're never optimizing two direct competitors in the same one.
