Service · Technical SEO & fixes

Technical SEO problems,
fixed in the CMS.

We find the crawl, index and structure problems, rank them by what they cost your client, then repair them in the CMS instead of listing them in a PDF. Every fix ships under your agency's name.

Audit, fix, verify

From the first crawl
to the last fix.

  1. Crawl

    Every URL crawled and checked

A full crawl set against Search Console's index reports and the XML sitemaps, so we see what Google reaches and what it quietly ignores.

  2. Fix

    Repaired in order of impact

Redirects, canonicals, robots rules, sitemaps and templates fixed in the client's CMS, starting with whatever keeps money pages out of the index.

  3. Verify

    Re-crawled and confirmed

A second crawl checks that every fix held, Search Console validation is started, and the result goes into your report template.

Every change is logged with the page, the old setting and the new one, so nothing on the site changes without a record.

Sound familiar

Three ways good pages
stay invisible.

The content is fine and the links are real. Something underneath stops search engines from counting them.

  • 01

    Pages Google never indexed

A stray noindex tag, a robots rule or a canonical pointing elsewhere keeps service pages out of search, and nobody notices until the client asks.

  • 02

    A redesign that dropped rankings

The new site launched without redirects from the old URLs, so years of rankings and links now land on a 404 page.

  • 03

    One page, many addresses

The same page loads with and without www, with trailing slashes and with tracking tags, and search engines split the credit between the copies.

A fix list that actually gets fixed.

Most audits end as a spreadsheet nobody has time to work through. Take the fixes too, and ours end with the changes live and re-checked.

The arrangement

Your client meets you.
They never meet us.

Reports carry your logo, PDF metadata names your business, and our strategists use your email aliases on every call they join.

  • Reports sent from your address

    Never a shared vendor inbox.

  • Your business in the file metadata

    Author, title and producer fields.

  • @youragency.com aliases

    On outreach and client calls.

  • Mutual NDA and non-solicit

    Signed before the first login.

What gets audited and fixed

Six layers under
every ranking page.

Take the full audit and fixes, or one part before a launch or a migration. Either way, the fix list is in writing before you put a price on it.

  • 01

    An audit ranked by impact

A full crawl read alongside Search Console and analytics, with every issue ranked by what it costs the client rather than how loudly a tool flags it.

    • Crawl and Search Console read together
    • Revenue pages checked first
    • Written so a client can follow it
  • 02

    Crawling and indexation

Robots rules, noindex tags, canonicals and XML sitemaps set so search engines reach the pages that matter and skip the ones that do not.

    • Stray noindex tags and blocks removed
    • Canonicals pointed at the right URL
    • Sitemaps that list only live pages
  • 03

    Site structure and URLs

Clean URL patterns, sensible click depth and categories that group related pages, so the pages that earn money are never buried in an archive.

    • Key pages close to the homepage
    • Filter and parameter URLs controlled
    • Breadcrumbs that match the hierarchy
  • 04

    Redirects and migrations

Redirect maps for redesigns, domain moves and platform changes, tested before launch and crawled again after, so rankings and links follow the pages.

    • Every old URL given a new home
    • Chains and loops flattened
    • Crawls compared before and after
  • 05

    Speed and page experience

Core Web Vitals, HTTPS, mobile rendering and intrusive pop-ups checked template by template. Heavier speed work is scoped separately if it is needed.

    • Field data from Search Console
    • Mixed content and HTTPS cleaned up
    • Mobile rendering checked per template
  • 06

    Structured data

Schema errors reported in Search Console fixed, and missing markup added to the templates that qualify, so search engines read the business correctly.

    • Existing markup validated
    • Errors cleared, warnings triaged
    • Added per template, not per page

The deliverable list

Every issue, and
what happened to it.

Findings, fixes and proof, kept as three separate records, so your client sees the problem, the work and the result. All three carry your branding, never ours.

Fixed at the source. Changes go into the client's theme, settings and server rules rather than a patch on top, and each one is written into the change log.

Scope and rates are quoted per client after the audit, because what a site needs depends on its market rather than a bracket on a page.

How it runs

From one URL
to fixes that hold.

Six steps, and you are only needed for three of them. Everything between is ours to run.

  • You are needed at steps 1, 3 and 6
  • Every change logged, page by page
  • Scope agreed before anything begins
  1. 01
    You

    You send the site

One client URL and anything that worries you: a traffic drop, a recent redesign, pages that have gone missing from Google.

  2. 02
    Us

    We crawl and audit it

An unbranded audit from a crawl of the live site, no login needed, with every issue ranked by impact and the fixes scoped so you can quote them.

  3. 03
    You

    You pitch the fixes

Put the audit in front of the client under your logo, positioned however you like. Client questions come to us through you, and we answer them for you to pass on.

  4. 04
    Us

    NDA, then admin access

Mutual NDA and non-solicit signed, then CMS, Search Console and hosting access handed over before a single setting changes.

  5. 05
    Us

    We fix and log it

Fixes made in order of impact, each one logged and re-checked, with the team reachable 8 AM to 4 PM EST.

  6. 06
    You

    You send the proof

A before-and-after summary in your branding that a non-technical client can follow. Send it on as your agency's work.

The alternatives

What we need from you

Four things, then
we are out of your way.

Technical fixes happen inside the client's systems, so access comes first. These four cover nearly every site.

  1. 01

    CMS admin access

Admin rather than editor, so redirects, robots rules and template changes are made where they belong instead of patched with another plugin.

  2. 02

    Search Console access

Full user access, so we can read the index reports, submit sitemaps and start validation once a fix is live.

  3. 03

    Hosting or DNS details

Only where a fix needs them, such as server-level redirects or HTTPS. Domains stay in your or your client's account.

  4. 04

    What changed recently

Redesigns, migrations, plugin swaps or the date traffic dropped. It usually points straight at the cause.

Partner feedback

The people who would
never admit we exist.

  • "We added SEO to the rate card in a month without hiring anyone. Three years in, not one client has asked who does the work, because there is nothing to find."

    FounderBrand studio · Austin, TX
  • "The strategist joins our client calls under our domain and knows the account better than we do. That is the part other providers cannot fake."

Operations DirectorPerformance agency · Chicago, IL
  • "We tested four providers. ServeVision was the only one that sent the outreach list before pitching, so we could veto our clients' competitors."

Honest qualifier

This is not right
for everyone.

We would rather say no early than take a project or retainer that was never going to work.

  • A good fit if…

    • You sell the work and own the client relationship
    • A client lost traffic after a redesign or a move
    • You want the fixes made, not only listed
    • Your developers are booked and the fixes keep slipping
  • Not a fit if…

    • You want us to sell for you: we never touch your pipeline
    • You want every tool warning cleared, whether it matters or not
    • You need same-week rankings on a brand-new domain
    • You want us to take a client off your hands: we never go direct to your clients, during the engagement or after

Questions

Before you sell the fixes.

Book a call
What is the difference between the audit and the fixes?

The audit finds the problems and ranks them by impact. The fixes are the work of repairing them in the CMS. You can take the audit alone and hand it to your own developers, or have us make the changes as a separate, fixed scope.

Why do you need admin access?

An editor account can change copy but not the settings where technical problems live: redirects, robots rules, canonicals and templates. The free first audit runs from a crawl and needs no login. For an audit-only project, read access to Search Console and analytics is enough, granted once the NDA is signed.

Can you check a site before a migration?

Yes, and before is the best time. We crawl the old site, map every URL to its new address, test the redirects on staging and crawl again after launch, so rankings and links follow the pages to their new home.

How soon will the client see a difference?

Fixes that unblock crawling and indexing tend to show first, once search engines recrawl the affected pages. Rankings in competitive markets move more slowly. The audit says which applies to this site, so you never oversell a timeline.

Which platforms do you work on?

We know WordPress, WooCommerce and Shopify best, because we build on them. On other platforms we audit the same way and say in writing which fixes the platform allows before you quote the client.

Where we run it

in all 50 states.

A crawl turns up the same kinds of problems in any state, but what they cost your client depends on the local market. We fix sites for agencies whose clients are anywhere in the US, always under the agency's name. Pick a state to see its metros.
