Service · Schema markup

Schema markup,
true to the page.

Structured data for every template, true to what each page shows, so search engines and AI assistants read the business correctly. Nothing is marked up that a visitor cannot see on the page.

The rollout

Audit, write, test,
then release.

  1. Audit

    What the templates say today

The markup on every template read and listed, with plugin duplicates, errors, missing types and eligible search features named.

  2. Write

    JSON-LD for every template

Organization, LocalBusiness, Service, Product, Article and breadcrumbs as the site needs them, filled from what each page actually shows.

  3. Release

    Tested, then released

Checked on staging or sample pages, released in the CMS or theme, then followed in Search Console as Google recrawls the site.

Every type is documented per template, so your team knows what is on the site and why it is there.

Sound familiar

Where schema
goes wrong.

Most sites already have some markup. The trouble is who added it, and whether it still matches the page.

  • 01

    Three plugins, three versions

The theme, the SEO plugin and a reviews widget each output their own markup, and each one describes the business differently.

  • 02

Markup the page does not show

Ratings, prices or FAQs in the code that visitors never see. At best Google ignores them; at worst it issues a manual action and the site loses its rich results.

  • 03

    Written once, never updated

Hours, addresses and services changed on the page but not in hand-coded markup, so search keeps showing last year's details.

One set of markup, true to every page.

Duplicates removed, stale details corrected and every type filled from what the page itself shows.

The arrangement

Your client meets you.
They never meet us.

Reports carry your logo, PDF metadata names your business, and our strategists use your email aliases on every call they join.

  • Reports sent from your address

    Never a shared vendor inbox.

  • Your business in the file metadata

    Author, title and producer fields.

  • @youragency.com aliases

What is in the rollout

What each template
says to Google.

Run the full rollout on one client's site or fold it into a white-label SEO retainer. You see the list of templates and types before anything is written, so the quote has no guesswork in it.

  • 01

    Markup audit

Every template checked for the structured data it outputs today, including what the theme, plugins and widgets add without anyone noticing.

    • Every validation error listed
    • Conflicting markup traced to its source
    • Eligible search features named
  • 02

    Business and location details

Organization or LocalBusiness markup with the name, address, phone, hours and service area, matched to the client's Google Business Profile.

    • Name, address and phone consistent
    • Hours and service areas
    • Logo and social profiles linked
  • 03

    Services and products

Service markup for what the client offers, and Product markup with price, stock and reviews for stores, pulled from the catalog rather than typed in.

    • Offers kept in step with the catalog
    • Ratings only where they are real
    • Built into the store theme
  • 04

    Articles, authors and FAQs

Article markup with authors and dates for the blog, and FAQ markup only where the questions really appear on the page.

    • Author and date on every post
    • FAQs marked up only where visible
    • Clear to AI assistants as well
  • 05

    Site structure

Breadcrumb, WebSite and WebPage markup describing how pages relate, matching the breadcrumbs and internal links visitors actually use.

    • Breadcrumbs on every inner page
    • Site name markup for results
    • One ID per entity, reused
  • 06

    Testing and upkeep

Every template tested before release and followed in Search Console afterwards. On a white-label SEO retainer, the markup is rechecked after every theme or plugin update.

    • Tested on staging first
    • Search Console reports checked
    • Rechecked after updates on a retainer

The deliverable list

What is marked up,
and where it lives.

What was there, what was written and what Search Console reports afterwards, template by template. Your team can see at a glance what belongs on each page.

How it runs

From one URL to
tested markup.

Six steps, and you are only needed for three of them. Everything between is ours to run.

  • You are needed at steps 1, 3 and 6
  • Nothing is released before it is tested
  • Scope agreed before anything begins
  1. 01
    You

    You send a URL

One client URL and the platform it runs on. Mention any reviews, products or locations the client wants to see in search.

  2. 02
    Us

    We audit the markup

What each template outputs today, which types are missing or broken, and which search features the client can actually qualify for.

  3. 03
    You

    You approve the plan

A list of templates and the types each one gets. Check the business details against what you know before anything is written.

  4. 04
    Us

    We write and test it

NDA signed and access handed over, then JSON-LD written for every template and tested on staging or sample pages.

  5. 05
    Us

    We release and watch it

Released in the CMS or theme, then followed in Search Console for errors and warnings as Google recrawls the site.

  6. 06
    You

    You share the results

Which types are live on which templates, and what Search Console reports, in your report template and ready for the client.

The alternatives

Hire, subcontract,

All three work. They just cost different things, and only one of them covers the whole scope and still scales down when a client leaves.

What we need from you

Four things, then
we are out of your way.

Structured data has to match the facts. These four give us the facts, and the access to put them in the right place.

  1. 01

    CMS or theme access

Admin or theme access to add the markup where it belongs. On a site we built, we already know where that is.

  2. 02

    Business details

Legal name, addresses, phone numbers, hours and service areas, exactly as the client wants them shown everywhere.

  3. 03

    A view of Search Console

Read access shows the structured data problems Google has already found, and later confirms that the fixes held.

  4. 04

    Where the reviews live

The review platform the client uses, if any. Ratings are only marked up where they are real and shown on the page.

Partner feedback

The people who would
never admit we exist.

  • "We added SEO to the rate card in a month without hiring anyone. Three years in, not one client has asked who does the work, because there is nothing to find."

    FounderBrand studio · Austin, TX
  • "The strategist joins our client calls under our domain and knows the account better than we do. That is the part other providers cannot fake."

Operations DirectorPerformance agency · Chicago, IL
  • "We tested four providers. ServeVision was the only one that sent the outreach list before pitching, so we could veto our clients' competitors."

Head of SEODigital agency · Tampa, FL

Honest qualifier

This is not right
for everyone.

We would rather say no early than take a project or retainer that was never going to work.

  • A good fit if…

    • You sell the work and own the client relationship
    • You want one invoice instead of five freelancers
    • You need capacity that scales down when a client churns
    • You would rather your team stayed on what they are good at
  • Not a fit if…

    • You want us to sell for you: we never touch your pipeline
    • You need same-week rankings on a brand-new domain
    • You want the cheapest possible per-hour rate
    • You want us to take a client off your hands: we never go direct to your clients, during the engagement or after

Questions

Before you resell this.

Book a call
Will the client get star ratings in Google?

Only where Google's rules allow them. Products with real reviews can show ratings, but reviews a business collects about itself generally do not earn stars for that business. We tell you in writing which search features each template can qualify for, so nobody sells a result Google will not show.

Is FAQ markup still worth adding?

Google now shows FAQ results for very few sites, so we never sell it as extra space in the results. We still add it where the questions really appear on the page, as a clear description of the content for search engines and AI assistants.

Do you use a plugin or write it by hand?

Whichever suits the site. On WordPress the SEO plugin can cover the basics, and we write JSON-LD by hand for the rest, removing duplicates so each page describes itself once.

What happens when the theme or a plugin updates?

Updates are the usual way markup breaks, which is why the markup on every template is documented. On a white-label SEO retainer we recheck it after each update; after a one-off project the documentation stays with your team, so anyone can spot what has gone missing.

Does schema markup help rankings?

Not directly. It helps search engines understand the page and makes it eligible for richer results, which can earn more clicks from the same position. Rankings still come from content, links and a sound site, which is why it sits inside technical SEO work rather than replacing it.
