Digital PR: links earned,
never bought.

Stories and assets worth citing, pitched from your domain to a prospect list you approve first. Every placement can survive your client asking how it was won.

The campaign

How a campaign
earns its links.

  1. Angle

    A story worth covering

What the client knows that others do not: their own numbers, a local trend, an expert view. It becomes an angle, tested against what writers in the niche already cover.

  2. Asset

    The asset, built and hosted

A data study, guide or tool written and designed in-house, then published on the client's own site so every mention points to a page they own.

  3. Outreach

    Pitched, followed up, logged

Personal pitches from your domain to the approved prospect list, with every reply and placement logged for the monthly report.

You see and approve the prospect list before a single pitch goes out, and anyone on your do-not-contact list is removed first.

Sound familiar

Three ways links
come back to bite.

Many agencies have inherited a link profile they would rather not explain. It usually started with a vendor who hit a monthly link count with sites nobody checked.

  • 01

    Paid posts dressed as outreach

Placements on sites that exist to sell placements. They look fine in a report until an update discounts them and the client asks what they paid for.

  • 02

    Networks that share one owner

Dozens of sites on the same template with no real readers. Easy links this quarter, a manual action or a quiet devaluation later.

  • 03

Mass pitches in the client's name

Templated emails blasted from a vendor inbox, sometimes to the client's own partners and competitors. Writers remember who sent them.

Links you can show the client and explain line by line.

Every placement is listed with the page it sits on and why that site fits the client, so your report holds up to any question.

The arrangement

Your client meets you.
They never meet us.

Reports carry your logo, PDF metadata names your business, and our strategists use your email aliases on every call they join.

  • Reports sent from your address

    Never a shared vendor inbox.

  • Your business in the file metadata

    Author, title and producer fields.

  • @youragency.com aliases

    On outreach and client calls.

  • Mutual NDA and non-solicit

    Signed before the first login.

What is in the campaign

Every link earned
one pitch at a time.

Run the full campaign, or hand us only the asset or only the outreach. The prospect criteria and the do-not-contact list are agreed in writing before you quote.

  • 01

    Link gap and prospects

The sites linking to the client's competitors, the writers who cover the niche, and the local and trade publications in each market, filtered for real readers.

    • Competitor links reviewed site by site
    • Local and trade publications
    • Checked against your do-not-contact list
  • 02

    Story angles

Angles built from what the client already knows: their own figures, a question their customers keep asking, an opinion their experts can back up.

    • Tested against recent coverage
    • Local and industry angles
    • You approve every angle
  • 03

    Linkable assets

Data studies, guides, calculators and visuals built on the client's site, made for other writers to cite and link to.

    • Hosted on a page the client owns
    • Sources and method shown
    • Written and designed by us
  • 04

    Personal outreach

Individual pitches to writers and editors, sent from an alias on your domain and followed up by hand. Never a mass blast from a vendor inbox.

    • Sent from @youragency.com
    • Written for each writer
    • Followed up, then left alone
  • 05

Links aimed at the right pages

Every campaign points at a page that deserves the authority, and internal links pass it on to the service pages that sell.

    • Destination page agreed first
    • Anchor text kept natural
    • Authority routed to money pages
  • 06

    Placement tracking

Every pitch, reply and placement logged, each live link checked after it goes up, and the month summarized in your branded report.

    • Live links checked, not assumed
    • Link type noted on each one
    • In your report, in your branding

The deliverable list

Pitches and links,
on one list.

The campaign log lists every asset built, pitch sent and placement earned, with the live page each link sits on. Forward it as it is. Every placement can be checked with one click.

A stack of folded newspapers with the business section showing
Coverage, not placements for sale. Every link comes from a page a writer chose to publish, and each one is logged in your branded report.

How it runs

From a pitch list
to earned links.

Six steps, and you are only needed for three of them. Everything between is ours to run.

  • You are needed at steps 1, 3 and 6
  • Nothing is pitched without your sign-off
  • Your do-not-contact list is applied first
  1. 01
    You

You send the site and limits

One client URL, the pages that need authority and your do-not-contact list: competitors, partners, anyone off limits.

  2. 02
    Us

    We research and propose

We review the link gap, draft story angles and build a prospect list of sites with real readers, without contacting anyone.

  3. 03
    You

    You approve list and angles

Cut any site or angle you do not like. Nothing is pitched until you sign off, and the list stays yours.

  4. 04
    Us

    We build the asset

The study, guide or tool is written, designed and published on the client's site, ready to be cited.

  5. 05
    Us

    We pitch from your domain

Personal pitches and follow-ups sent from your alias, with every reply logged. Our name never appears in a pitch.

  6. 06
    You

    You report the coverage

Placements, live links and the pages they point to, in your branded report. Forward it untouched.

The portfolio

Most of our work is invisible.

The alternatives

Hire, buy links,
or rent a team.

All three can put links in a report. Only two produce links you would be happy to explain, and only one of those scales down when a campaign ends.

What we need from you

Four things, then
we are out of your way.

Every pitch goes out in your agency's name, so the limits come first. These four are settled before anyone is contacted.

  1. 01

    An outreach alias

A mailbox or forwarding address on your domain, so every pitch and reply comes from your agency and never from a third party.

  2. 02

    Sites and people off limits

Competitors, the client's partners, publications they have had trouble with. Every prospect list is filtered against them before you see it.

  3. 03

    What the client knows

Their own figures, experts willing to be quoted and the questions customers ask. The best angles come from inside the business.

  4. 04

    Site and analytics access

Editor access to publish the asset, and read access to analytics and Search Console to see which pages need authority most.

Partner feedback

The people who would
never admit we exist.

  • "We added SEO to the rate card in a month without hiring anyone. Three years in, not one client has asked who does the work, because there is nothing to find."

    FounderBrand studio · Austin, TX
  • "The strategist joins our client calls under our domain and knows the account better than we do. That is the part other providers cannot fake."

Operations DirectorPerformance agency · Chicago, IL
  • "We tested four providers. ServeVision was the only one that sent the outreach list before pitching, so we could veto our clients' competitors."

Honest qualifier

This is not right
for everyone.

We would rather say no early than run a campaign that was never going to earn anything.

  • A good fit if…

    • You sell the work and own the client relationship
    • You want links you can explain to the client
    • You are happy to approve every prospect before a pitch
    • Your client has something worth saying: data, experts or a story
  • Not a fit if…

    • You care more about the link count than where the links come from
    • You want paid posts or network links at a lower price
    • You need to resell guaranteed coverage in named publications
    • You want us to take a client off your hands: we never go direct to your clients, during the engagement or after

Questions

Before you resell this.

Book a call
Do you buy links or use networks?

No. No paid posts, no private networks and no link swaps. If a site asks for money to include a link, it comes off the prospect list. Every placement should be one you could walk the client through on a call.

How many links will a campaign earn?

It depends on the story and the market, because writers decide what they cover. A standalone campaign fixes the work in writing: the asset, the prospect list and the pitches sent, all visible in your report. Inside a white-label SEO retainer, the tier you choose sets how many editorial links are earned each month, and every placement is listed with the page it sits on.

Whose name is on the outreach?

Yours. Pitches go out from an alias on your agency's domain, signed with the name you choose. Writers reply to you, and our name never appears in an email, an asset or a report.

Can we veto sites before you pitch?

Yes, always. You get the prospect list before any pitch is sent and can cut any site on it. Your do-not-contact list is applied first, so the client's competitors and partners are never pitched.

Is this a project or part of a retainer?

Either. On its own, a campaign has a fixed scope: the asset, the prospect list and the outreach. Inside a white-label SEO retainer that includes editorial links, outreach runs each month against the approved list, alongside content and on-site work.
